Adrian and Rob are highly experienced global executives with extensive C-suite expertise. Both are certified International Scaling Up coaches who leverage proven Scaling Up practices to drive performance and enterprise value. They are trusted advisors dedicated to helping leadership teams achieve strategic clarity and substantial, profitable growth.

Rob Morris

Rob is an experienced global executive, who spent 18 years at communications giant Ericsson, based predominantly out of Stockholm, Sweden. He held various global leadership roles including heading strategy & business development for Ericsson’s $10 billion world-wide GSM business, and acting as CFO of Ericsson’s Networks business. Networks was Ericsson’s largest division; a $20 billion technology manufacturing and software business with 20,000 employees.

Returning to NZ, Rob spent several years as CFO & General Manger Strategy/ Commercial at Spark Digital, New Zealand’s largest ICT provider. He founded his own consulting business in 2017, to focus his energy on helping mid-market companies scale. Rob has an outstanding track record of helping organisations grow, navigate strategic and commercial challenges, execute transformation programs, and manage mergers and acquisitions. He has a friendly, approachable style, and is a natural facilitator and trusted advisor.

Rob holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Auckland, NZ. He has served on several Advisory Boards, including for cloud computing companies Revera, and Computer Concepts Ltd.

As an internationally certified Scaling Up consultant, Rob draws on a wealth of global best practice resources, IP, frameworks and tools to complement his own 25 years of senior leadership experience. He loves putting this into practice to help business leaders achieve strategic clarity, align, engage and empower their teams, and create step-change improvements in results and value.

Adrian Pickstock

Adrian is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of C-suite leadership experience across key international markets including Dubai, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. His comprehensive business acumen extends across various domains, from successfully navigating IPOs and orchestrating mergers and acquisitions to preparing businesses for exit and driving significant change initiatives.

Demonstrating a proven track record, Adrian has adeptly steered numerous multi-million dollar corporations through periods of exceptional growth and transformation. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, precise execution, leadership development, project management, change facilitation, and astute cash management, making him a trusted source of wise counsel.

Adrian is a natural leader and facilitator enabling teams to adopt and embrace change, challenges and goals more easily. His aim is to stretch teams to think beyond their comfort zones, and to do this in a manner that results in teams embracing, celebrating and being motivated to achieve their objectives and goals.

As an internationally certified Scaling Up consultant with extensive global exposure, Adrian leverages a diverse array of international best practices, proprietary insights, frameworks, and tools.
